Windsor Family Homes and Community Partnerships was founded in the 1970s to address the growing socio-economic challenges in the City of Windsor.
Since its inception, the organization has continually grown and evolved to best meet the community’s needs.
Today, it manages over 120 affordable rental units across Windsor and offers a range of support programs for both tenants and the broader community.
Windsor Family Homes and Community Partnerships is dedicated to making a positive impact through its social housing and support services, programs that encourage children and families to be active and socially connected, and meeting basic needs via its food bank. By building partnerships and pathways to positive outcomes for its tenants and the community, the organization remains committed to its mission.
